Software Developer (m/f/d) ERP & .NET

at our Kirchheim / Teck location

Your responsibilities:
  • Ensuring internal and external data security and consistency
  • Programming in Visual Basic, small and medium-sized programs in proALPHA, and in ABL
  • Programming in Office applications (primarily Access and Excel, rarely Word) using VBA
  • Automation of processes (e.g., data import/export)
  • Data import and export from all available data sources (SQL Server, proALPHA database, GAEB, DATANORM)
  • Reports in Access and Excel

Responsibilities as a Deputy

  • Selection, procurement, maintenance, and administration of PC and server hardware and software
  • First- and second-level support and administration of the ERP system (proALPHA)
  • User training for the ERP system
  • Quality management for data import/export
  • First-level support for application software and network operations
  • On-call duty for the above tasks
Your Profile:
  • Successfully completed commercial or technical IT training; experienced career changers may also be considered (m/f/d)
  • Strong knowledge of C#, VB, .NET, VBA, VB 6.0, VBScript, and ABL (4GL)
  • Strong proALPHA skills: Completion of the Application Development 1–3 seminars, as well as knowledge in the areas of data and value flows, PPS, and the development environment
  • Experience with Microsoft operating systems, SQL Server, Microsoft Office applications, and email systems
  • Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and efficiently; team orientation; resilience; and willingness to learn new areas
