Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Engineer to design and build intuitive, scalable, and accessible user experiences. This role is a unique hybrid, ideal for a professional who combines deep UX fundamentals with strong frontend engineering capabilities. In this position, you will leverage hands‐on experience with AI‐powered design tools to accelerate workflows and improve usability outcomes. You will work closely with product managers and backend engineers to translate complex learning and admin workflows into high‐quality, production‐ready interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Implementation: Create user‐centric UI/UX solutions specifically for learner, instructor, and admin experiences.
• AI-Driven Design: Utilize AI‐powered tools (e.g., Figma AI) to accelerate ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and rapid design iterations.
• End-to-End Collaboration: Convert product requirements into intuitive user journeys and seamless interaction flows.
• Design Systems: Build and maintain reusable UI components and design systems aligned with modern platform standards.
• Technical Integration: Work alongside backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure fluid data interaction across the platform.
• Optimization: Ensure all interfaces are fully responsive, performance‐optimized, and compliant with accessibility standards.
• Iteration: Conduct usability evaluations and refine designs based on real‐world user feedback and product analytics.

Core Skills & Experience

• Experience: 8–10 years in UI/UX engineering or frontend‐focused UX roles.
• Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Frameworks: Hands‐on experience with React, Angular, or similar modern frontend frameworks.
• Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma, including expertise in AI‐driven features for content suggestion and prototyping.
• Product Domain: Experience designing for complex SaaS, LMS, or enterprise applications.
• Standards: Solid knowledge of responsive design and WCAG accessibility standards.

Preferred Qualifications (LMS Experience)

• Designing learner dashboards, course flows, and reporting interfaces.
• Understanding digital learning journeys and user behavior.
• Familiarity with LMS standards such as SCORM or xAPI.

What This Role Is NOT

• It is not a visual design–only role; engineering skills are required.
• It is not a client‐facing or services‐oriented position.
• It is not limited to static mock‐ups; you will own the UX lifecycle.

Pay: ₹12,270.93 - ₹38,846.21 per month
