Tech Recruiter - Poland | Project-Based Opportunity

We are looking for experienced Tech Recruiters based in Poland to join an exciting recruitment project supporting an international technology organization.

This is a great opportunity for recruiters who enjoy working with highly technical profiles, partnering closely with hiring teams, and navigating a fast-paced technology environment.

About the project

You will support the recruitment of technical and engineering profiles, including roles within areas such as Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, Cloud and Infrastructure.

The initial project duration is 2 months, with the possibility of extending the collaboration month-to-month, depending on hiring volumes and business needs.

Location: Poland - Krakow preferred, however candidates based anywhere in Poland are welcome to apply.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage recruitment activities for technical and engineering positions.
• Proactively source and engage qualified candidates in the Polish tech market.
• Build strong pipelines for specialized technology roles.
• Partner with hiring stakeholders to understand technical requirements and identify the right talent.
• Screen and assess candidates against role requirements.
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment activity and candidate information in the ATS.

The roles you will recruit for may cover technical areas such as backend engineering, cloud technologies, distributed systems, APIs, databases, containers, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD and DevOps practices.

What we’re looking for

• Polish language - mandatory.
• Ideally 4+ years of recruitment experience within the technology industry.
• Strong experience recruiting technical and/or software engineering profiles.
• Good understanding of the tech talent market and confidence engaging specialized candidates.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes.
• Workday ATS experience is a plus.
