Vice President Solution Management (m/f/d)
- Full responsibility for revenue and profit growth across all business areas, as well as successful portfolio launches to achieve KPIs
- Drive business cases, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans across all segments
- Further develop and manage a dynamic business case management process in close alignment with key stakeholders
- Define market-driven product requirements and derive strategies based on trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
- Build and evolve an innovative, customer‐centric solutions portfolio, including lifecycle management
- Lead, develop, and empower a team, fostering future capabilities and clear accountability structures
- Ensure cross‐functional collaboration (e.g., market, technology, transformation) and represent the function at the executive level
- Manage strategic customer relationships, oversee critical escalations, and contribute to company‐wide initiatives
Your Talents
- Master’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Extensive leadership experience (15+ years) in product, solution, or business management, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record of building and leading large, cross‐functional teams and delivering business growth
- Strong experience in successful product launches across different categories (e.g., single-use, instruments, capital devices)
- Strong strategic, visionary, and analytical capabilities, including solid business analytics expertise
- Deep understanding of healthcare markets, customer needs, and clinical applications
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, along with conflict management and change leadership abilities
- Strong financial acumen and portfolio management expertise, combined with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
