Core Objectives

  • Drive embedded revenue growth by developing strategic partnerships that integrate the company’s capabilities into partner workflows.
  • Expand commercial partnerships with platforms, technology providers, agencies, and data ecosystems.
  • Build repeatable partnership motions and commercial models.
  • Develop data and insight partnerships to increase the value of the company’s assets.
  • Establish the company’s ecosystem presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute the global channel and partnership strategy aligned with growth objectives.
  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, identifying and prioritising partners.
  • Represent the company at senior technology and product leaders during initial conversations to close deals.
  • Develop compelling value propositions tailored to partner categories.
  • Define partnership business cases, commercial models, and go‐to‐market strategies with revenue accountability.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, working with Legal and Finance.
  • Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing on integration opportunities.
  • Own commercial relationships post‐signature, tracking revenue, usage adoption, and partner success.
  • Feed partner learnings back into product, strategy, and GTM.

Success Metrics

  • Growth in embedded and partnership‐driven recurring revenue.
  • Number and quality of strategic partnerships in active commercial motion.
  • Partner‐sourced and partner‐influenced pipeline and bookings.
  • Expansion of integrations and embedded workflow adoption across enterprise customers.
  • Development of repeatable partnership frameworks that scale beyond this hire.

Desired Qualifications

  • Platform ecosystem fluency: deep understanding of partner programs and integration evaluation.
  • Outbound instinct: proven record building pipeline from scratch.
  • Value proposition adaptability: ability to assess partner workflows and design honest, compelling propositions.
  • Commercial judgment: experience structuring and negotiating complex partnership agreements.
  • Domain credibility: ability to engage senior technical or product leaders in martech, creative tech, data, or enterprise software.

Experience & Background

  • 10+ years in partnerships, business development, alliances, or channel leadership within SaaS, market research, insights, martech, or ad tech.
  • Track record building and scaling strategic partnerships that drive measurable revenue growth.
  • Experience operating within large platform ecosystems such as Adobe, Salesforce, Google, Microsoft.
  • Demonstrated ability to build pipeline from scratch.
  • Experience closing complex commercial agreements and owning the relationship to revenue generation.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable building structure and process where none exists.
