VP Global Head of Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global supply chain strategy for biosimilars
• Lead integrated business planning and translate strategy into actionable supply plans
• Ensure reliable supply by managing internal manufacturing sites and external CMO partnerships
• Drive demand, capacity, and inventory planning across a global network
• Secure launch readiness and lead lifecycle supply management
• Oversee logistics, distribution, and cold‐chain operations
• Manage supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Drive financial performance through cost optimization
• Build and lead a high‐performing global supply chain organization
• Collaborate cross‐functionally with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Commercial, and Finance

Requirements

• University degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 15+ years in relevant leadership roles within supply chain or manufacturing in biopharma, biotech, or biologics
• Proven track record in leading end‐to‐end global supply chains
• Deep understanding of biologics manufacturing and supply processes
• Strong expertise in IBP/S&OP, demand planning, and supply risk management
• Experience managing complex global matrix organizations
• Strong analytical, strategic, and financial acumen
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
