Job Posting Administrator (m/f/d) Experienced Full-time Permanent position Bad Homburg, Berlin, Essen As an Administrator (m/f/d), you are responsible for the stable and secure operation of modern IT infrastructures. In this role, you continuously optimize systems and applications, ensure their availability, and further develop existing environments—particularly in the cloud and Microsoft environments—in a targeted manner. Your Responsibilities You will be responsible for the operation and monitoring of primarily cloud-based server (e.g., hypervisors/scalers, Azure infrastructures) and security solutions (e.g., PAM, IAM, AD, PKI, SIEM) and support our Security Operations Center—including modern technologies and Microsoft 365 environments You will independently configure and operate network components such as switches, firewalls, and access points You will reliably perform backups, restores, and recoveries of data and virtualized systems You will implement patching, updates, and upgrades of IT infrastructures and applications, including software packaging and distribution You will provide 2nd- and 3rd-level support for customer systems In collaboration with customer management, you will coordinate change requests and downtime and create standardized reports Your Profile You have successfully completed your technical training or (technical) degree and have already gained several years of practical experience in the IT field You possess in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft environment (cloud and on-premises) as well as a solid understanding of modern IT infrastructures, ideally complemented by experience with Linux You approach problems in a structured manner, perform troubleshooting independently, and find sustainable solutions to technical challenges You are distinguished by your confident and professional demeanor You bring dedication, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to maintain a clear overview even in demanding or hectic situations What we offer Reimbursement of personal internet costs (up to €50 per month) and a mobile work allowance e.g., summer party, Christmas party, annual workation Referral bonus for successful hires Share in the company’s success Attractive career advancement opportunities regardless of length of service You can compensate for overtime with special leave Flexible working hours and 80% remote work per month Informal "du" culture and monthly in-office days Choose between the Urban Sports Club or the Deutschlandticket; additionally, after your probationary period, the Bahncard Business 50 (1st class) is available to you for personal use Possible by agreement over a specified period Annual training budget of up to €4,000 30 vacation days
