Assistant to the Head of ICM (m/f/d)International Conference Management
As the International Conference Management (ICM) department, our focus is on planning, organizing, and executing international conferences, meetings, and events. Our goal is to deliver events of the highest standard and to represent MED-EL's hearing solutions in the best possible light.
Your Tasks
- Administrative support and office management
- Scheduling coordination and travel planning
- Preparation and design of presentations
- Organization of meetings and minute-taking in German and English
- Support in the conception, organization, and execution of trainings, workshops, and conferences
Your Profile
- Completed commercial or business-related education (e.g., HAK, HBLA or equivalent)
- Initial professional experience in a similar position is an advantage
- Good user skills in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Independent working style combined with a personable and open-minded attitude
- Excellent English and German skills, both written and spoken

Further information
Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 38,183,60.
This position is to be filled immediately.
