Responsibilities

• Step directly into businesses as a high-EQ growth partner to the owner.
• Rapidly identify and eliminate revenue leaks, operational friction, and structural inefficiencies.
• Translate complex business chaos into clear, focused action plans and hold owners accountable to executing them.
• Focus obsessively on profitability, cash flow, and execution discipline to scale businesses in the real world.

Requirements

• 12+ years of battle-tested experience as an active CEO, President, COO, or Operating Executive.
• A proven track record of directly scaling businesses in the $5M-35M+ range.
• Extensive background coaching, advising, and challenging business owners on growth.
• The diagnostic instincts to walk into a business, immediately spot what’s broken, and prioritize what actually moves the needle.
• A leadership philosophy rooted in absolute ownership, execution, and radical transparency.
