The business serves demanding end markets — mining, civil infrastructure, and plumbing — and is in a period of focused operational growth. Turnover exceeds $50M. What You'll Be Doing

• Executive oversight of manufacturing, fabrication, supply chain, quality, and maintenance functions across WA and QLD sites
• Lead operational strategy and future‐state capability planning — process mapping, systems improvement, workflow integration
• Drive performance, productivity, and operational consistency across the full business
• Lead and develop a senior team of operational managers (Production, Supply Chain, Fabrication, Quality)
• Partner with the CEO and CFO on transformation, growth initiatives, and investment decisions
• Champion safety, risk management, and operational wellbeing across all sites

What We’re Looking For

• Executive‐level experience leading multi‐site manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial operations
• Proven track record of operational transformation and large‐scale process improvement
• Strong people leadership — you build capable teams and hold managers to account
• Experience in organisations with $50M+ turnover
• Relevant tertiary qualifications (Engineering, Business, Operations Management or similar)
• Willingness to relocate to Perth, Western Australia
