Responsibilities
- Ensures and guides processes and activities for an assigned organizational unit to effectively support sales teams and customer organizations in all administration related matters, concerning both sales and after‐sales processes.
- Guides the overall sales support operations of one or multiple units to ensure achievement of goals and objectives directly or through subordinate staff.
- Develops, manages and controls budget plans of one or multiple units.
- Develops a quotation process, including preparation, distribution and follow‐up of the final proposal.
- Develops productivity standards and individual goals, monitors their achievement and prepares productivity and progress reports.
- Manages Sales Administration activities.
- Guides team in handling incoming sales calls requiring price, delivery and/or technical assistance or warranty information.
- Manages assigned organizational unit(s) and leads and/or coordinates dedicated management and staff.
Compensation
The base pay range for this position is: $141,340 - $194,337
If this is a commission eligible position, the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
