Our client is a pan-European renewable energy investment and project development company. Its portfolio spans solar PV, battery storage, data centre development and onshore wind across several European markets. The team covers the full investment lifecycle, from origination and development through financing and construction to asset management. The company is part of an established international group with a history of more than six decades. As part of its growth plan, the company is establishing its finance function in Frankfurt and is looking for a Head of Finance to build and lead it. Working directly with the CEO, you set up reporting, compliance and governance standards that meet the requirements of a listed company under German and EU rules. The role grows with the company.
