Head of IT Operations (m/f/d)

As Head of IT Operations, you will lead the global delivery, security and continuous improvement of Orise's IT infrastructure, network and support services. You will play a key role in transforming the current regional IT landscape into a standardized, cloud-first global operating model aligned with ATS Corporation standards.

This role is open to be located in any of the countries where Orise has an office in the European Union Your Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy

• Build and lead a high-performing global IT Operations organization
• Define and execute the IT Operations roadmap aligned with global strategy
• Establish governance, standards and best practices across all locations
• Manage IT operational budgets and lifecycle planning

Infrastructure & Cloud

• Drive the transition to a cloud-first (Azure-based) infrastructure
• Oversee global infrastructure, storage, backup, disaster recovery and performance
• Lead consolidation and migration of legacy systems

Network & Security

• Own the global network strategy (incl. Azure Hub-and-Spoke architecture)
• Standardize connectivity, network design and security across all entities
• Ensure alignment with cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements

IT Service Management

• Establish global ITSM processes and performance metrics (SLA/KPI driven)
• Lead L1-L3 support model and external providers
• Continuously improve service quality and user satisfaction

M&A & Transformation

• Lead IT integration for acquisitions
• Develop scalable onboarding models and support due diligence activities

Shared Services & Vendors

• Build a Global IT Shared Services model
• Manage vendors and drive cost optimization

Your Profile

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or similar
• 10+ years in IT infrastructure/operations, incl. 5+ years in leadership roles
• Proven experience in global IT transformation and cloud migration
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments preferred

Technical Expertise

• Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID
• Networking (e.g. Cisco, SD-WAN, VPN)
• Endpoint Management (e.g. Intune)
• Infrastructure operations, backup & disaster recovery
• Cybersecurity operations
