Now we need your support and are looking for you to join our Regulatory Banking Solutions business unit.
Your Responsibilities
- Providing disciplinary and technical leadership for the team, planning tasks and resources, and monitoring day-to-day operations
- Strategic planning and management of the digital transformation of media and publishing production processes, including AI
- Promoting collaboration, information sharing, and communication within the group and across departments; developing team members; onboarding
- Contributing to the further development of the publishing service portfolio
- Supporting the implementation of new tools and systems for media production; cost and effort control
- Management of external service providers and partners
- Participation in projects and process changes
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Production / Media Informatics or comparable training in media design with relevant additional qualifications
- Several years of professional experience in cross-media production of digital and print publications, ideally in the specialized media sector
- In-depth expertise in cross-media and media-neutral publishing as well as in modern production workflows
- Experience in the technical or disciplinary management of teams
- Strong technical understanding and practical experience in data and knowledge management
- Very good knowledge of common media production systems (including XML editors, Word, PrintCSS engines, Adobe CC, and databases)
- Agile project management skills, strong facilitation abilities, and a strong focus on processes and standardization
- Strong communication and assertiveness skills, a structured approach to work, and a sense of responsibility
