Principal Business Consultant - Events Business Consulting

The Role

As a Principal Consultant in our Events Business Consulting practice, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value.

Responsibilities

• Project Mastery: Act as the Lead for Veeva BC’s largest and most complex global projects, maintaining full accountability for excellence across multiple teams.


• Strategic Growth: Lead and own Business Development for Events Business Consulting, focusing on architecting and winning key deals exceeding $1M.


• People Leadership: Manage and mentor high‐performing consulting teams, taking responsibility for the professional growth and delivery standards of the practice.


• Thought Leadership: Develop and champion industry‐leading thought leadership in Events‐led HCP engagement to keep Veeva at the cutting edge of Life Sciences.


• Customer Success: Serve as a trusted advisor to C‐suite stakeholders, leveraging Veeva’s data and software to solve their most critical challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years of Life Sciences Consulting experience (Management Consulting preferred).


• Track Record: Proven ability to win and deliver $1M+ consulting engagements.


• Expertise: Deep domain knowledge in HCP engagement strategy, HCP educational programs, commercial operations and a comprehensive understanding of the Life Sciences landscape.


• Leadership: Extensive experience managing multiple project teams and senior‐level customer relationships.


• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.


• Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of Veeva products; Experience delivering SaaS or Tech‐enabled consulting solutions.

• Total Compensation: 160,000 - 260,000 EUR. The actual total may vary based on experience and location.
