Principal ServiceNow Consultant
Role Overview
As a Principal ServiceNow Consultant at Devoteam, you will take a leading position in strategic and complex ServiceNow transformation projects. You will act as lead architect and strategic advisor for our customers, translating business strategies into scalable, secure, and sustainable ServiceNow solutions. You will accompany international companies in the digital transformation of their IT and enterprise service processes.
What You Will Do
Your tasks will include leading workshops on requirement acquisition, process definition, reengineering, gap analysis, and solution architecture. You will develop ServiceNow goal architectures, roadmaps, and technical specifications for enterprise-level implementations. You will act as a subject matter expert for several ServiceNow modules and conceive complex integrations and customer-specific applications on the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements
Min. 9 years of experience in the consulting or IT service industry
At least 5 years of focus on ServiceNow
Demonstrated experience in leading large, complex, and multi-modular ServiceNow implementations
In-depth expertise in the ServiceNow ecosystem, as well as in architecture, platform design, and technical implementation
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist certification
Profound knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and web services
Proficient in process modeling, process optimization, and translating professional requirements into technical solutions
Very good knowledge of German and English
Experience with agile methods, such as Scrum or Kanban
