We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong technical delivery capability in data centre construction, white‐wall environments, OR large‐scale fit‐out projects (€5m+).
The role is hands‐on, site‐focused, and requires excellent coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams and client stakeholders.
This position operates on a 17/4 rotation, with accommodation, flights, and a vehicle provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead construction and fit‐out projects from mobilisation to handover.
- Coordinate design, commercial, BIM, site teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Ensure delivery meets programme, budget, and quality targets.
- Act as a client‐facing lead, aligning works with the GC delivery plan.
- Manage delays, constraints, and communication of impacts.
- Oversee site activities, safety compliance, and technical coordination.
- Review drawings, schematics, and construction documentation.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, risks, and change control.
- Ensure compliance with standards, codes, and H&S requirements.
- Manage quality, defects, and handover processes.
Experience Required
- Proven experience delivering data centre, mission‐critical, or fit‐out projects (€5m+).
- Strong understanding of data centre environments, Tier classifications, and uptime requirements.
- Experience in fast‐track programmes and multidisciplinary team management.
- Strong commercial awareness and contract administration skills.
- Ability to resolve site coordination issues between trades.
Technical Competencies
- Knowledge of data centre architecture, white space layouts, and critical infrastructure.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and single‐line diagrams.
- Familiarity with modular data hall builds and phased handovers.
- Experience mitigating risks in live operational environments.
- Understanding of relevant standards and codes.
