About usWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex architecture, planning, and multidisciplinary infrastructure projects. This is a client-facing leadership role, focused on providing strategic project management support across the full project lifecycle—from early feasibility and concept development through detailed design and delivery.The successful candidate will bring strong experience in managing complex projects for National Government and/or Department of Defense (DoD) clients, combined with proven leadership of geographically dispersed, multidisciplinary delivery teams. A strong understanding of the German market, local regulations, approval processes, and project delivery frameworks is essential.This role requires a senior professional who can operate confidently with high-profile public-sector stakeholders, drive delivery excellence, and support business growth in Germany and across the wider region.TasksClient-side project management, including stakeholder, schedule, and contract managementOwnership of and responsibility for the successful delivery of your projectPreparing and maintaining schedules, including dependencies and resourcesIdentifying and monitoring project risks and opportunitiesQuality management processes for project activities and outputsManaging stakeholders, taking account of their levels of influence and particular interestsEstablishing and maintaining project governance reviewsStrong relationships are developed with clients and members of the cross-functional teamBusiness development opportunities with existing and new clients, including cross- selling opportunities, are identified, and acted uponManage the delivery of project management team outputs, in accordance with agreed timescales and quality standardsCo-ordination and sign off on all management information produced by project management teams prior to issueProfileAcademic or vocational qualification in a relevant technical or project management disciplineEngineering or Architectural backgroundExcellent English skills (German is a plus)Experience with National Governments and DoD clientsExperience in managing large architecture and planning projectsExperience in managing large delivery teams from different geographiesWhy join us?You will love the freedom to bring your own ideas and vision to life, combining client management, project delivery, and team leadership.
