As a Senior Product Manager at HiBob, you’ll play a key role in building our innovative Benefits Administration product, contributing to HiBob’s reputation for delivering world-class solutions that modernize HR. You are energized by the challenge of creating and scaling products, have a strong product sense, and understand how to leverage data to tell compelling stories. Your experience in fast-paced, collaborative environments will allow you to drive initiatives that simplify benefits management while delivering compliant, efficient, and delightful experiences for HR teams and employees.

There is a strong preference to fill this role in NYC with a hybrid schedule out of our office, but we will consider exceptional candidates who are based in the EST time zone and open to working remotely.

Base salary ranges from $170,000 - $210,000 per year.
