Interne Stellenausschreibung – für diese Position gibt es bereits eine/n bevorzugte/n Bewerber/in. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine/n Medical Science Liaison (m/w/d) Dermatologie. Gebiet: Bayern. Vollzeit oder Teilzeit (80%).

Responsibilities

  • Act as scientific expert and implement Medical Affairs product plans in the assigned medical/scientific area in the region.
  • Proactive and reactive scientific exchange with external experts in medicine and research; communicate in-Label product data and discuss the clinical program and scientific information on products and indications in development.
  • Serve as the regional lead team’s main contact and communicate the central Medical Plan to the team.
  • Coordinate indication-specific inquiries within the LT, with Med Advisor colleagues, and other medical functions; obtain answers and core information from MAF colleagues.
  • Organize regional LT meetings as needed and participate in regional scientific discussions with speakers.
  • Develop strategic understanding of therapy paths and scientific activities; identify open questions, data gaps, and medical needs to inform Patient Outcome solutions.
  • Support the development and implementation of medical strategy; in collaboration with Global Clinical Operations (GCO), identify potential study centers and build strong partnerships.
  • Support setup, planning, and execution of clinical studies (interventional and non-interventional); select centers and investigators, participate in Investigator Meetings, present study results as a partner of GCO, in close coordination with MPL.
  • Identify needs for regional/global Medical Education activities and contribute to strategic planning and execution.
  • Participate in scientific discussions and present talks at invitation of scientific boards; represent the company at national and international congresses, Investigator Meetings, and Medical Education events.
  • Contribute to Advisory Board meetings and develop/maintain the Key Opinion Leader network and engage with professional societies and health policy organizations.
  • Evaluate and prepare current medical-scientific literature in light of regional needs and CVT strategy.

Qualifications

  • Medical, life sciences, or pharmaceutical degree; a completed PhD is preferred.
  • Relevant clinical (2+ years preferred) and scientific experience; strong communication skills to engage with leading scientists as an equal.
  • Medical-scientific expertise with more than 3 years in the relevant indication area.
  • Strong project management skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent German and English language skills.

Compensation & Benefits

The expected base salary for this position ranges from 80,400€ to 127,765€.
