TRADE AND SHOWROOM MANAGER EUROPE EAST (m/f/x)

Founded in 1952, Blum is a family-owned company from Austria. We create furniture fittings that make everyday living easier and supply our products to more than 120 markets worldwide.

Europe East brings together 31 diverse countries and a team that is constantly evolving. We grow by connecting people, sharing expertise and creating synergies across markets. Now, our showroom and exhibition area needs someone who can bring the same energy: connecting ideas, people and partners, and turning regional synergies into professional, practical and cost-conscious solutions.

YOU

• take ownership of trade show and showroom projects in the region, from the initial concept through to successful delivery
• create engaging brand and customer experiences by defining and implementing regional standards for showrooms and exhibitions
• build a reliable network of furniture manufacturers across Europe East, ensuring strong partnerships, consistent quality and cost efficiency
• work closely with local and global teams and stakeholders, bringing people together to ensure projects run smoothly and objectives are achieved
• have several years of experience managing projects within exhibitions, showrooms, trade marketing, retail environments or a similar field; know how to build trust, align priorities and drive projects forward across countries and functions
