• Lead a ground-up modernization of a critical EHR platform used by pediatric therapy practices nationwide.
• Shape engineering culture, hiring roadmap, and best practices from day one in a high-trust environment.

What You Will Own:

• Define the technology strategy and roadmap aligned to product and business goals.
• Oversee modernization of legacy .NET monolith to modern .NET and cloud-native patterns.
• Drive security, compliance, and DevOps, including HIPAA and SOC 2 readiness.

What Makes You a Strong Fit:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 4+ years leading teams.
• Hands‐on mastery of .NET, modern front‐end frameworks, and cloud infrastructure.
• Deep familiarity with HIPAA‐regulated environments and AI/ML deployment.
