As the Head of TGA and Hotel Technology, you will ensure the seamless technical operation of the nationwide hotel landscape and contribute to its future trajectory. You will work closely with your technical team and the technical managers of individual properties to develop modern structures, advance the digitalization of technical processes, and strategically manage investments that influence the economic viability and appeal of the properties. With short decision-making paths, direct collaboration with the management and owner family, and considerable entrepreneurial freedom, you will drive tangible change and make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth technical operation and maintenance of all hotels.
  • Lead the technical team and provide expert guidance to regional and hotel technical managers.
  • Develop investment and maintenance strategies in collaboration with individual locations.
  • Oversee maintenance, TÜV measures, and compliance with legal requirements and corporate guidelines.
  • Be responsible for the technical efficiency, energy efficiency, and value retention of the properties.
  • Coordinate technical measures across building, infrastructure, and commercial facility management.
  • Oversee tenders, awards, and foster collaboration with external service providers and the group's internal architectural and engineering office.
  • Organize training and meetings for the technical managers of the hotels.
  • Further develop central maintenance and purchasing contracts.
  • Drive the digitalization of technical processes and workflows group-wide.
