About the Role
We are seeking a Cash Operations & Investment Operations Analyst to join a leading financial services organisation in Frankfurt. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in banking operations, treasury, custody, fund administration, or investment operations.
You will support cash management activities, perform reconciliations, investigate transaction discrepancies, and contribute to investment operations and fund administration processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and monitor daily cash transactions.
- Perform cash and investment reconciliations.
- Investigate and resolve payment and transaction discrepancies.
- Support treasury and liquidity management activities.
- Administer fund operations, including fund launches and closures.
- Monitor portfolio compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain investment records and support asset servicing activities.
- Assist with audits, reporting, and operational documentation.
Requirements
- Experience in Cash Operations, Treasury Operations, Investment Operations, Fund Administration, Custody, or Banking Operations.
- Strong reconciliation and investigation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong English communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience within asset management, custody, fund services, or investment banking.
- Knowledge of investment funds and portfolio compliance.
- German language skills are advantageous but not required.
