If so, please read on...The Company:A highly successful investor, developer, and IPP of utility-scale renewable energy projects. Further expansion within a number of markets has created the opportunity for a CEO in Germany in order to drive the growth of the organisation and ensure delivery to their ambitious but achievable 5 year plan.The RoleThe role will be to develop through to execution and commercialise their large portfolio of Utility Scale renewables, hydrogen, and battery storage projects, whilst supporting the significant growth of their greenfield and M&A pipeline.Some duties would include:In close co-operation the global management board.Full P&L responsibilityDevelop and execute 3-5 year strategy, to accelerate growth to Develop, Construct, and Operate at ScaleOversee the Development & Commercialistation of an annual 300MW - 500MW+ of Utility Scale projects to Ready to Build / Finaincial CloseEnsure success in areas such as PPAs, Financing, Pre-Construction, ConstructionDevelop processes, tools, and best practices for effective project management, and for interfacing across all internal and external stakeholdersStructure & undertake board level responsibilities in SPVsParticipate in sell side M&A for certain projectsBuild and lead a high performing team in GermanyTake an active role on direction, prioritisation and commercial support to the Project Development, BD, and Energy Markets teams to realise ambitious goalsLead & establish relationships with project developers, financial institutions, investors, governments, and major offtakers across regionTake a leading role in commercial negotiations and lobbyingAttractive LTIP opportunity and progression to Group CEO or similar within 5 yearsThe PersonThe successful candidate will likely have:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law or Engineering3+ years in a leadership position with a renewables companyExperience leading negotiations with counterparts across the various areas of the development and construction lifecycleStrong commercial knowledge and financial acumenSpeak EnglishIf you are looking for a challenging role with prospects to match, make your application without delay.For more information and a confidential career discussion please contact:david.cottam@hunterphilips.comDavid CottamPrincipal Recruitment Consultant+44 161 240 3358david.cottam@hunterphilips.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
