CFO - Large Country or Region / Function

Job Description Summary -Lead the Finance function for a very large and complex country organization or multi-country scope (typically extra-large revenue as per the Core Grid). Has complete responsibility across all aspects of country/ regional finance, financial planning, and financial budget and performance management.

Major Accountabilities

Manage and integrate services delivered to the organization (define processes, agree and track Service Level Agreements).

Conduct market studies, analyze and set stretch objectives based on external / competitor benchmark.

Oversee the management and development of large Finance teams and builds global talent pipeline.

Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Sandoz products within 24 hours of receipt.

Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable).

Key Performance Indicators

• Target Achievement of Sales, TFC and Consolidated Gross Income
• Accuracy of Forecasts compared to Actuals
• Working Capital ratios achieved
• Compliance of financial processes with Sandoz Financial Control Framework requirements and meeting statutory and internal reporting deadlines
