Chief Product Officer; LightBox (Shelton, CT)

100% remote; WFH. Develop product vision and strategy. Own full product lifecycle design, launch and development. Cross‐functional partnerships. Define requirements and roadmaps. Lead integration of emerging technologies. Collaborate with executive team. 15% domestic travel required.

Qualifications

• At least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in International Business or a related field, plus 8 years progressive experience as Product Manager or a related role leading and launching successful products, driving innovation and achieving business objectives.
• Minimum 8 years of experience overseeing UI/UX and digital technology projects.
• At least 5 years of experience leading cross‐functional product development in regulated environments such as financial services or real‐estate technology, with compliance and governance (e.g., SEC, FINRA, GDPR).
• Experience building and commercializing API‐driven platforms or marketplaces, including third‐party integrations and ecosystem design.
• Knowledge of product M&A integration strategy, aligning acquired product lines, teams, and roadmaps post‐acquisition.
• Experience designing product organization structures, including OKRs, hiring strategies, and career frameworks.
