The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Clinical Trial Manager / Project Lead to take ownership of protocol-level delivery, lead cross-functional teams and build strong sponsor relationships.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ clinical trial management experience
- 3+ years within a CRO
- CTM, CPM or Clinical Project Lead background
- Strong sponsor-facing and protocol delivery experience
- Proven ability to lead teams remotely and manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Adaptable, personable and comfortable wearing multiple hats
- A proactive, positive approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
