Overview
We are seeking a licensed physician to join our hybrid practice in West Virginia as a collaborating physician. Our full-time practice offers a unique blend of primary care, aesthetics, and medical dermatology services, with limited surgical procedures. As a collaborating physician, you will support a newly practicing nurse practitioner (NP) in delivering comprehensive care to our patients. The role involves overseeing the prescription of certain controlled substances, including Adderall, Ritalin, and Testosterone. We are looking for a physician who can start immediately and is committed to fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a newly practicing nurse practitioner (NP) to deliver comprehensive care to patients.
- Provide supervision and guidance as the collaborating physician in a West Virginia hybrid practice.
- Oversee the prescription of certain controlled substances, including Adderall, Ritalin, and Testosterone, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Contribute to a practice that combines primary care, aesthetics, and medical dermatology with limited surgical procedures.
Qualifications
- Licensed physician in good standing in West Virginia.
- Ability to start promptly and work in a collaborative, team-based environment.
- Experience or interest in primary care, aesthetics, and dermatology is a plus.
- Comfortable with supervising and prescribing controlled substances in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
