At our location in Eppelheim we are looking for you (m/f/x) in part-time (20h/week) as:

COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST (20h/week)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Internal Communications & Employee Engagement

• Create and publish engaging content across internal communication channels, including the intranet, newsletters, digital signage and Microsoft Teams
• Drive the development and coordination of organizational announcements for local and global audiences
• Tell inspiring employee, business, and success stories that strengthen engagement, foster connection, and bring company culture to life
• Track and evaluate communication and engagement metrics, translating insights into initiatives that further enhance employee reach and impact

Digital Workplace & Communication Channels

• Curate and coordinate impactful content for digital signage across multiple office locations
• Help shape and continuously enhance internal communication channels, creating an engaging and connected employee experience

Events & Leadership Communications

• Support communication activities for company Townhalls and other employee-focused events
• Support leadership communications by developing key messages, announcements and communication materials for internal audience

External Communications Support

• Support and assist the development of engaging external communication materials, including press releases, media content and corporate messaging
• Contribute to external communication campaigns, media events and communication initiatives that amplify our brand and business priorities across markets
• Support identify, and develop company, brand and employee stories that strengthen our external visibility and engagement with key audiences

Content Creation & Multimedia

• Create compelling written, visual and multimedia content that informs, inspires, and engages internal audiences
• Develop creative video content that brings messages, stories, and initiatives to life
• Ensure all communication materials consistently reflect the company’s tone of voice, values, and visual identity

Translation & Communication Support

• Translate, adapt and refine communication materials where required
• Collaborate with colleagues across functions and regions to bring business initiatives and employee engagement activities to life through effective communication

YOUR PROFILE

• Successfully completed university degree or apprenticeship in Communications or a related field
• 2-4 years experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employee engagement, marketing or a similar communication-focused role
• Excellent writing and editing skills, capable of creating clear, engaging and audience-focused content.
• Familiarity with digital communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, intranet, or newsletter tools is an advantage
• A proactive, hands-on and well-organized team player who thrives in a dynamic international environment and can confidently manage multiple priorities
• A creative mindset combined with a passion for storytelling, employee engagement, and meaningful communication
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken; additional language skills are considered a plus
