As our Interim Country Director , you will help accelerate the growth of the German market with our ambition to become a leading player in the EV transition. You will be instrumental in executing Fastned’s strategic vision, driving operational excellence, and nurturing a high-performing local team. This high-impact leadership role offers a unique opportunity to shape our commercial success and leave a lasting mark on the future of electric mobility. This interim role is set to start as soon as possible and will finish at the end of December 2027. Our German office is located in Cologne, you are expected to be present on location at least 3 days per week. In this role you will report directly to our COO. What you will be doing Drive German Deployment and Operational Excellence Accelerate network deployment by proactively removing bottlenecks, ensuring rapid and strategic scaling across the market. Partner with the Country Execution Lead to drive cross-functional collaboration, ensuring our pipeline consistently delivers high-potential locations on schedule.
