CTO – Lead Developer, Impact Mindset

• Technology leadership: You will share responsibility for selecting and expanding our tech stack.
• Hands‐on development: You will take part in developing our app and website and maintain existing digital tools and infrastructure.
• Strategy: You will advise the founding team on all technical questions and plan the scaling of our digital offerings.

Requirements

• Knowledge of JavaScript, Flutter, or Python is a strong plus, but we are open to your expertise.
• Genuine interest in using technology to create a better life for others, implement non‐profit projects, and generate social value.
• You see yourself as part of the extended founding team and will contribute voluntarily with 2–3 hours per week, flexibly, to grow with us.
• Self‐initiative, reliability, and a willingness to try new approaches.
• Good German and English skills.
