How You Will Contribute
As a Director, you will take an active, hands‐on role in driving transformation and performance improvement projects within the Consumer and Retail Group. Supported by our European Corporate Transformation Services team, you will:
- Deliver international transformation, turnaround and performance improvement projects from initial assessment to full execution.
- Partner with client leadership (CEOs, Boards, and management teams) to define priorities and drive company‐wide efficiency enhancements.
- Translate strategy into actionable, results‐oriented solutions, ensuring recommendations are pragmatic and achievable.
- Drive top‐ and bottom‐line impact, addressing critical business challenges and delivering sustainable results.
- Contribute to thought leadership and the development of the practice by raising the profile and reputation of CRG with clients and internally across other teams.
Qualifications
- An excellent university degree and well‐developed analytical and problem‐solving skills.
- 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in a global top‐tier consulting firm and leadership role in corporate settings.
- Proven track record in leading transformation and performance improvement initiatives within FMCG (Food & Non‐Food), Consumer Durables, or related fields of the Consumer and Retail Industry.
- Goal‐oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving results and a charismatic personality.
- Collaborative, confident working style, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Clear ability to deliver the latest thinking within a highly competitive advisory marketplace.
- Trusted advisor with a hands‐on mindset, able to build credibility quickly and operate effectively across senior client stakeholders, cross‐functional teams, and diverse cultural environments.
- Native or business fluent in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.
