What you\'ll do
As the General Manager for the Europe Region, you will have full P&L ownership of the regional business, driving sales growth, profitability, and market expansion across retail, wholesale, and online channels. You will develop and execute the regional strategic plan, build a high-performing local organization, and ensure full compliance with EU regulations while delivering sustainable, long-term growth.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver annual business objectives set by headquarters, including sales targets, gross margin, profitability, inventory management, and business development.
- Develop strategic plans to ensure healthy business operations, achieve high return on investment, and build a long-term, sustainable growth trajectory.
- Manage daily business operations and foster a work culture aligned with organizational objectives.
- Drive business development across retail, wholesale, and online channels to achieve regional targets.
- Build and continuously improve full-function business infrastructure across Marketing, Retail Merchandising, Sales & Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and IT.
- Communicate and align business goals with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Conduct business forecasting and data analysis; prepare and submit operational reports to regional and China headquarters as required.
- Develop, empower, and motivate department heads to achieve team-level targets and goals.
- Evaluate operational and financial performance; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage company budget and take full ownership of P&L.
- Provide regional team with regular market trend analysis and competitive intelligence.
- Undertake other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by Management from time to time.
- Coordinate and facilitate clear communication between local department heads and the regional team.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 8-10 years of experience in a general manager or equivalent leadership capacity.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a business unit with full P&L ownership and delivering strong business results.
- Ability to communicate professionally in Mandarin Chinese is preferred to communicate with counterparts based in China HQ.
Travel
This role requires frequent business travel across the Europe region to support local market operations and business expansion. Occasional travel to global headquarters may also be required.
EU Pay Transparency Compliance Notice
In accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive (2023/970), which took effect on June 7, 2026, the salary range for this position is €150,000 - €200,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria including qualifications, experience, and competencies.
