Responsibilities

  • responsible for the brand architecture of the GoMedicus Group: GoMedicus (primary care), GoMedicus Kids (pediatric care line) and MedKitDoc (telemedicine).
  • define master-brand logic, sub-brand relationships, and clear positioning for each brand.
  • set tone of voice, visual identity, and enforceable brand guidelines across all channels and sub-brands.
  • own patient experience design: how a clinic feels, how we communicate, and how patients and referrers remember GoMedicus.
  • responsible for the employer brand strategy in close coordination with the People Office and manage the Brand & Engagement Manager who handles execution.
  • tell the GoMedicus story internally and externally: from clinics, teams and the network.
  • ensure that the careers page, LinkedIn, Kununu and PR tell a coherent story.
  • manage PR and external communications strategically and build internal or external PR capacity mid-term.
  • position the leadership team where it benefits the company: trade media, conferences, policy debates.
  • work closely with the Marketing Manager (Tech/Performance), who reports to the CGO.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of brand or marketing leadership experience, including experience with multi-brand architectures
  • Experience building a brand or sub-brand (B2C, preferably in a regulated environment: healthcare, financial services, food & beverage, pharma)
  • Strong understanding of brand systems: positioning, visual identity, tone of voice, and brand guidelines as actionable documents
  • Proven leadership experience with at least one direct report
  • German — business fluent; English — fluent
  • Nice to have: experience in healthcare, telemedicine, pharma, DiGA environment, or employer brand building
