What to Expect
- You will lead our HR IT team both technically and in terms of personnel management and be responsible for overseeing the HR IT systems.
- In addition, you will analyze processes and requirements, identify opportunities for optimization, and drive the further development of efficient end-to-end processes.
- You will design a forward-looking HR IT architecture and manage demand.
- In doing so, you will identify innovative technologies and opportunities for digitalization—including AI applications—and implement them in a user-centric manner.
- You will also serve as the point of contact for internal stakeholders, work closely with HR teams, business units, the works council, and our Group IT department, and manage external service providers.
- You will be responsible for the budget as well as compliance with legal and internal requirements.
- You will foster a trusting and solution-oriented collaboration with all relevant stakeholders and possess a strong ability to persuade others of the value of forward-looking solutions.
What Sets You Apart
- You hold a master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
- You not only have initial leadership experience but also knowledge of HR IT architectures, system integration, HR automation, and HR AI applications.
- You have already managed and further developed HR IT systems and led HR digitalization projects.
- In addition, you bring HR experience and in-depth knowledge of HR processes to the role.
- You are familiar with end-to-end HR processes at the corporate level, data structures, and relevant legal frameworks, enabling you to develop efficient, value-driven digital solutions for HR.
- As a leader, you use your communication skills and strong consulting expertise to reconcile diverse requirements and interests, promote integrated solutions, and successfully shape change processes.
