We’re looking for someone who enjoys building, improving and creating long-term impact.TasksAs a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will guide customers through successful ERP implementations. You understand industrial and manufacturing business processes and know how to translate operational needs into practical ERP solutions. You will manage implementation projects from start to finish and work closely with customers throughout the full implementation lifecycle.The manufacturing expertise we are looking for within ERP software must be closely aligned with concepts such as CTO (Configure-to-Order), ETO (Engineer-to-Order), MES, shopfloor operations, and CAD/CAM integrations. It is essential that someone not only understands these domains, but also truly comprehends how the customer operates in practice and is able to translate (or map) those processes onto the relevant standards within the ERP environment. This ensures they can act as the right discussion partner, both functionally and strategically, for our customersDuring your first 1 to 3 months, you will work alongside Dutch colleagues and customers to learn our systems, implementation methodology and product environment.Responsibilities• Lead ERP implementation projects for new customers• Analyse manufacturing and operational business processes• Lead customer workshops and gather requirements• Configure ERP solutions• Support testing, validation and data migration• Guide customers through go live phases• Train end users and customer teams• Work closely with teams in Germany and the Netherlands• Help expand our presence in the German marketProfile Strong ERP knowledge is requiredExperience leading or supporting implementation projectsStrong understanding of industrial and manufacturing business processes are requiredExperience within manufacturing environments are requiredComfortable working in a growing market where not everything is fully built yetWillingness to travel to customer sites 2 to 3 days per weekNative German language skills are requiredProfessional English communication skills are requiredYou can live anywhere in Germany.
