Technical Excellence

• Conduct thorough code reviews and maintain code health, architecture, and security.
• Drive continuous process improvement and automate developer experience.
• Partner with product, design, data, and editorial teams across the product lifecycle.
• Lead agile planning, scoping, and execution; coordinate with external vendors and contributors.
• Oversee team response to critical mobile production bugs and infrastructure incidents.
• Foster an inclusive culture and user‐centric empathy.
