Your responsibilities with us:
- You will lead a team of nine employees, set clear goals, and ensure that everyone can make the most of their strengths—even in a hybrid work environment
- You will promote the professional development of your employees, oversee hiring processes, and support new team members during their onboarding
- You provide technical oversight of the telecommunications systems (Layers 1–3) within your area of responsibility
- You continuously implement processes to strengthen OT/IT security in accordance with the NIS 2.0/KRITIS Regulation
- You coordinate workflows for system decisions and play a steering role in projects within your area of expertise
- You keep track of processes and technologies in your area and continuously develop them further
- You will take responsibility for commercial processes such as cost planning, costing, and performance accounting, as well as ensuring compliance with cost budgets
- You will create and analyze statistics and reports
- You will maintain and further develop relationships with customers and service providers
What you bring to the table:
Must-haves:
- A degree from a university, university of applied sciences, technical college, or technical school in the field of information and communication technology, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in technical project management and project controlling
- Experience coordinating complex IT system landscapes
- Initial leadership experience, ideally in a hybrid work environment
- Strong communication skills
- High level of personal responsibility and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
- Basic knowledge of business administration
- Willingness to undergo a security clearance check in accordance with the Security Clearance Act
Nice to have:
- Experience in the energy supply sector
