Overview

EY is seeking a Technology Analysis Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of technology-based solutions across the quote‐to‐revenue processes. The role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, translating business models and processes into technical specifications that align with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
• Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions.
• Manage and deliver high‐quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on risk management.
• Oversee professional employees or supervise teams to achieve complex technical initiatives.
• Maintain billable client charging, lead delivery streams, manage projects, and engage with external clients daily.
• Work embedded with client teams, providing unique business and technology perspectives to innovate and transform quote‐to‐cash processes.
• Collaborate with EY colleagues and external partners to pursue and deliver technology engagements.
• Travel may be required based on client needs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, finance, accounting, or business.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience with Zuora Revenue and quote‐to‐revenue processes.
• Enterprise‐level experience within a professional services organization or leading technology consulting/product company delivering moderate‐to‐complex ERP, billing, and revenue accounting systems.
• Leadership experience delivering end‐to‐end solutions through the entire SDLC (workshops, design, build, test, deployment, UAT, cutover, hypercare).
• Strong team‐player with excellent communication skills at the business and technical level.
• Experience in requirements gathering, use case documentation, business analysis, systems design & integration, user interface design, data analysis, conversion & migration, interfaces & reports.
• Knowledge of system development lifecycle and technology business architecture frameworks.
• Ability to travel up to 40‐60%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing billing solutions for B2B and B2C companies.
• Consulting experience with Zuora Billing, Oracle Cloud ERP, or NetSuite.
• Background in accounting and effective communication with finance teams.

Benefits and Compensation

Base salary range for all U.S. locations: $142,600 – $261,500. For the New York City, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento) metro areas: $171,200 – $297,200. Compensation is determined by education, experience, skills, and geography.

Comprehensive benefits package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off. The hybrid work model allows external, client‐serving roles to work in person 40‐60% of the time.
