Our client is seeking a new People & Culture Manager.

You will serve as the point of contact for people-related issues and actively support in achieving goals, including the following:

• Handling the HR administration for our employees from the moment they join until they leave and leading the on-boarding and off-boarding processes for Germany

• Maintaining personnel files and all HR master data; document management

• Serving as the point of contact for employees regarding HR- and benefits-related matters

• Handling the preparation of employment contracts, termination notices, employment references, and certificates

• Preparing payroll for employees

• Developing our HR strategy further and optimizing HR processes and policies

• Analyzing HR metrics and using them to identify measures for organizational development and employee engagement

• Expanding and enhancing our talent acquisition strategy and employer branding as well as recruiting suitable candidates for open positions

• Supporting change and transformation processes, including the continuous improvement of collaboration, processes, and company culture

• Designing and overseeing employee development, talent management, succession planning, and coaching initiatives

• Assisting onsite in two locations for employee questions and problems, acting as a trusted advisor to employees and managers

• Ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws, company policies, and relevant regulatory requirements

• Organizing employee engagement initiatives and company events across two locations

• Managing relations with the Works Council, conducting regular consultations and negotiations, providing required information, and advising and supporting the Management Board on matters relating to employee relations and co-determination

You are someone who is globally minded, have global HR experience, be bilingual (German/English), and have extensive/demonstrated experience with working with the Works Council. Day-to-day communication with employees will be in German; interaction with global peers and high-level meetings will be in English.
