Power Transformer Operations Manager (m/f/d)

How you will create an impact

• Plan, prepare, monitor, and forecast direct and indirect budgets
• Develop orientation and training programs for new employees
• Assign duties and provide clear instructions to supervisors and staff
• Measure performance against company standards and set improvement targets
• Mentor and coach employees for career development
• Manage multiple priorities and foster a strong team environment
• Collaborate with manufacturers’ representatives on materials and equipment
• Monitor time and material costs for each job

What are we looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent experience
• 8 - 10 years of supervisory or management experience in equipment manufacturing
• Prior experience managing P&L statements and financial budgeting preferred
