How you will create an impact
- Plan, prepare, monitor, and forecast direct and indirect budgets
- Develop orientation and training programs for new employees
- Assign duties and provide clear instructions to supervisors and staff
- Measure performance against company standards and set improvement targets
- Mentor and coach employees for career development
- Manage multiple priorities and foster a strong team environment
- Collaborate with manufacturers’ representatives on materials and equipment
- Monitor time and material costs for each job

What are we looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent experience
- 8 - 10 years of supervisory or management experience in equipment manufacturing
- Prior experience managing P&L statements and financial budgeting preferred
