Program Manager – Automotive Electronics

What you'll do:
Lead cross-functional international teams and act as the key interface between customer, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Drive program execution, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to quality targets
Manage product development activities, engineering changes, launch readiness, and customer expectations
Identify risks, solve complex challenges, and lead teams toward successful outcomes
Own program financial performance, project timelines, and launch milestones
Participate together with the Commercial and Technology team in the key business acquisition phase.
Build strong customer relationships and become the trusted partner for program implementation
What we're looking for:
- 8+ years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably with Tier-1 suppliers
- Strong technical understanding of automotive electronics and product development processes
- Proven experience in international project/program management
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Business-fluent German and English
- Valid residence and work permit for Germany
