Project Manager (m/f/d) Manufacturing & Electrical Eng.

Our client is an internationally active industrial company with a highly modern production site in the Greater Vienna South area. The company focuses on the development and manufacturing of complex electrical and mechatronic systems for demanding applications. Within the Manufacturing Engineering team, technological innovation and process improvements are systematically driven forward.

• Lead and execute complex projects in industrial engineering and production engineering
• Analyze and continuously optimize existing production processes and structures
• Develop and implement new methods and technologies to increase efficiency along the value chain
• End-to-end responsibility for electrical test systems, from requirements definition to serial production
• Create standards-compliant specifications and select/manage suppliers
• Conduct technical coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure technical feasibility, quality, and stability of systems and processes
• Coordinate interdisciplinary project teams in a production environment
• Support the industrialization of new products and processes
• Completed technical education (HTL, university of applied sciences, university, or equivalent) with a focus on electrical engineering or similar
• Several years of experience in project management in an industrial environment
• Experience in electrical engineering, ideally in test system development or comparable applications
• Knowledge of production environments and understanding of industrial processes
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Very good German and English skills
• Willingness to travel (~20%, mainly Europe and the USA)
• Approx. EUR 70,000 gross annually depending on experience
