  • Lead and execute complex projects in industrial engineering and production engineering
  • Analyze and continuously optimize existing production processes and structures
  • Develop and implement new methods and technologies to increase efficiency along the value chain
  • End-to-end responsibility for electrical test systems, from requirements definition to serial production
  • Create standards-compliant specifications and select/manage suppliers
  • Conduct technical coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure technical feasibility, quality, and stability of systems and processes
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary project teams in a production environment
  • Support the industrialization of new products and processes
  • Completed technical education (HTL, university of applied sciences, university, or equivalent) with a focus on electrical engineering or similar
  • Several years of experience in project management in an industrial environment
  • Experience in electrical engineering, ideally in test system development or comparable applications
  • Knowledge of production environments and understanding of industrial processes
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Willingness to travel (~20%, mainly Europe and the USA)
  • Approx. EUR 70,000 gross annually depending on experience
