This Senior Manager role is located in Munich within Wipro Technologies GmbH and supports the growth of the consulting business across strategic accounts, creating new strategic growth areas to deliver significant profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate, convert and manage the delivery of complex consulting propositions within their area of expertise, driving measurable value for clients and profitable growth.
• Lead the development of consulting services and support practice growth and development.
• Develop strong client relationships and manage large engagements or design and lead large, complex consulting programs.
• Potentially lead a team of consultants, managing quality, internal compliance and achieving high billability.
• Support the growth agenda, provide thought leadership and be the trusted advisor in transformational and delivery capacity across AI‐powered Transformation, Cost Optimization & Performance Improvement, Target Operating Model, Digital Strategy & AI Change Adoption.
• Provide pull‐through opportunities for wider Wipro Consulting practice areas and the Wipro ecosystem.

Support Business Development & Deliver

• Outstanding leadership, communication, relationship building and networking skills with clients, ecosystem partners and internal organization.
• Success in generating consulting business from new and existing accounts, driving and leading customer relationships.
• Self‐sufficient approach, proactive in supporting business development opportunities and creating personal utilization in the ‘sell & deliver’ operating model.
• Delivery and program expertise with experience in multi‐shore consulting projects and distributed teams delivering sustainable customer value.

Driving Transformation

• Champion and advocate for Wipro Consulting across the CxO landscape, positioning Wipro as a strategic partner to accelerate and sustain customer value.
• Define strong transformation propositions and engagement shaping using core and disruptive technologies for tangible business benefits at large enterprise clients.
• Drive and lead strategic execution, manage change, build relationships with clients and partners, motivate teams and achieve results.
• Bring strong program and consulting disciplines such as Project/Program Management, Storytelling, Executive Communications and Commercial disciplines.

Talent Management

• Consulting leader who can focus diverse teams on common outcomes and goals.
• Nurturing, developing, and mentoring top talent into future consulting business leaders.
• Execute organizational people strategy with strong collaboration from HR and Recruitment leads.
• Proactively attract top diverse talent at all levels.

Thought Leadership

• Provide personal opinions on key issues facing CxO’s, developing points of view and propositions.
• Engage with industry leaders and analysts on market trends.
• Propose solutions, investment decisions and publish artifacts, industry speakerships and analyst interactions.
• Create internal content and offerings, write publications, blogs and whitepapers.
• Utilize social media to enhance the Wipro brand presence.
