Senior Product Group Manager – Product Integrity & Business Management

Responsibilities

• Support TD's U.S. Bankard credit card business
• Provide thought leadership around 'run the business' activities
• Foster operational excellence focusing on governance and controls
• Improve credit card infrastructure and processes
• Manage a highly complex and diverse product function
• Develop and implement products, policies, and procedures
• Build effective relationships with stakeholders
• Oversee product teams ensuring efficient delivery of products and services
• Conduct ongoing industry and competitive analysis

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or product management certificate
• 10+ years relevant experience
• Previous product experience required
• Advanced knowledge of product research, product analysis and development
• Knowledge of current and emerging competitor and market trends
• Ability to forecast initiatives and demand
• Skill in mentoring, coaching and performance management
• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
• Knowledge of analytical software tools and data analysis methods
