Senior Product Manager – Marketing Technologies

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of executing the existing digital product roadmap and ensure the successful delivery of high-impact digital products
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that business needs are translated into clear epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable delivery plans
• Identify opportunities to improve and further evolve the digital product based on client feedback, market developments, and technical possibilities
• Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment between product goals and technical delivery
• Support the delivery of AI-enabled digital products with a solid understanding of system integrations and data-related dependencies

Requirements

• Experience working in fast-paced, evolving, and ideally start-up environments
• Proven experience of at least 7 years as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager
• Demonstrated experience delivering AI-powered, data-driven, or technically complex digital products or IT solutions
• Strong technical understanding and ability to work closely with software engineers and AI/data specialists
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience with budget estimation, budget monitoring, and resource planning across the product lifecycle
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Fluency in English and German is required.
