We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale Application-to-Cloud Migration Program for a leading European energy client. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery across multiple migration waves, ensuring successful execution, governance, stakeholder alignment, and business outcomes.

This is a strategic role requiring strong programme leadership, cloud transformation expertise, and experience managing complex enterprise environments involving multiple stakeholders and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale cloud migration and transformation programmes.
  • Manage programme governance, planning, execution, and delivery tracking.
  • Drive migration wave planning and ensure readiness across all project phases.
  • Manage risks, issues, escalations, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate activities across customer teams, infrastructure teams, application teams, AMS teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Provide executive-level stakeholder management and regular programme reporting.
  • Ensure successful execution of migration lifecycle phases including Analysis, Concept, Pre-Onboarding, Onboarding, and Handover.
  • Oversee project financials, resource planning, and vendor governance.
  • Facilitate steering committee discussions and programme review meetings.
  • Support Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of IT delivery experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years managing large-scale cloud migration or transformation programmes.
  • Proven experience in DC-to-Cloud Migration projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Azure Transformation Programmes.
  • Cloud Factory migration lifecycle experience.
  • Experience managing enterprise cloud migration initiatives.
  • Strong customer-facing and consulting background.

Certifications

One or more of the following certifications is highly desirable:

  • PMP
  • PRINCE2
  • IPMA Level C
  • ITIL Foundation / ITIL v4
