Senior Staff Product Marketing Manager, AI Identity Security

• Lead product marketing for AI-focused products and capabilities
• Shape and execute product vision and strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for high-visibility launches
• Create competitive differentiation in the AI identity security market
• Build effective messaging, positioning, and launch strategies
• Develop field-ready positioning and enablement for Sales teams
• Surface signals from sales engagements to accelerate deals

Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience
• Strong depth in Secrets Management, Privileged Access Management, or non-human identity
• Understanding of how AI agents are reshaping identity security requirements
• Hands-on experience marketing PAM, secrets management, or credential governance solutions
• Strong understanding of how identity security needs to evolve to support developers and AI-builders
• Ability to market technically complex, infrastructure-level products to security leaders and engineers
• Track record in competitive markets where winning meant unseating incumbents or reframing a category
• Working knowledge of the developer toolchain: IDEs, GitHub Actions, CI/CD platforms, and secrets management patterns
• Experience with AI agents as a force multiplier
• Strong narrative instincts for technical communication
• Security certifications (CISSP, Security+, or similar) as bonus points
