Software Engineering Manager, Americas

Role Overview

We are seeking an Engineering Manager who has built impressive products and now leads teams of great engineers. This role will work closely with leadership to scale the engineering team and maintain our unique culture.

Day‐to‐day responsibilities

• Provide feedback on product and technical specs to help engineers identify where to cut scope or improve quality. You influence and coach ICs but do not make final decisions.
• Grow engineers so they can take large, loosely defined projects and deliver them with little intervention.
• Participate in troubleshooting and code work: debug customer issues, ship small bug fixes, or improve developer experience.

Leadership & initiative responsibilities

• Propose and lead department and company‐wide initiatives, such as rethinking pull‐request review processes, designing improved interview flows, or enhancing demo data generation projects.
• Drive engineering culture and processes that prioritize minimal overhead, ownership, and high quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with teams across product, design, infra, and QA to ensure alignment and efficient delivery.

Compensation

$200,000 – $275,000 • Offers Equity • Offers Bonus • Multiple Ranges
